If you cannot keep the appointment that you made, please try to call us to cancel as soon as possible so we can give that time to someone else to enjoy. When you come to the spa for the first time, please try to come a few minutes early to fill out some paper work for our records. Please turn off your cell phone in the spa and enter a complete spa frame of mind; tuning out the world, work and problems. Please inform our staff of high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries, allergies (especially seafood allergies), or any other significant medical conditions when booking your treatments. Please inform us of any medications you may be taking, especially Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing medications. Please don't be in a hurry, because we want your experience at the spa to be relaxing and for you to get the full benefits of the services you are receiving. Communicate with your treatment provider. The best treatments require honest communication with your therapist. During your treatment, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. If you do have some time constraints; please let us know when you call to make your appointment and we will do our best to get you finished in the time you have available.
